The Project
A renovation of Fidelity Investments’ existing commercial office space, situated in a large SITQ building complex in the centre of Downtown Montreal.
Innovations and Achievements
• Over 75% of construction waste was diverted from landfills by reusing or recycling materials.
• Forest Stewardship Council certified woods, regional products, and healthy, low emission materials were used extensively.
• Intelligent ventilation and lighting control systems effectively heat, cool and light the space at a significant energy savings.
• High efficiency air filtration.
• Post-construction air testing ensures healthy air quality for building users.
